Houten ornament Boomklever

The little nuthatch is mid-climb with those red berries right below its beak, and the wood grain gives it a lovely hand-carved feel. It’s already a favorite spot for my eyes whenever I glance at the shelf.

I hung this on a branch near my feeder and the nuthatch's upside-down pose is so lifelike that a real bird actually stopped to look at it. The wood grain detail on the tail feathers really makes it stand out.

The little red berries pop against the carved wood, and the nuthatch’s headfirst pose is so precise you can almost see it gripping the bark. It’s light enough to hang on a thin branch without dragging, and the finish feels silky to the touch. My kitchen nook finally has the right charm.
